Order Processing

All orders received Monday-Thursday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders received Friday-Sunday, will be shipped on the following Tuesday. Please call (707) 302-5048 should you have any questions regarding your order. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for ground delivery. Undeliverable shipments will be reshipped at the expense of the customer.

Markham Vineyards promises to deliver the highest quality products, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please email us. We will do everything we can to make things right. Wine purchases are non-refundable. Undeliverable shipments will be reshipped at the expense of the customer.

Markham Vineyards will not share your personal or payment information with other companies or individuals. If you provide information about yourself by purchasing a product (online, in person or by phone), entering a promotion or competition conducted by us, registering to use our website, or participating in our social media platforms, we will collect and use that personal information to respond to your request and for other Markham Vineyards business purposes, including improving our website, our products and other experiences for our guests. We may contact you by email or telephone if you have you opted-in to our mailing list, made a winery purchase, or enrolled in our Heritage Wine Club. We reserve the right to repost any comments or photos shared to our social media platforms, which are in the public domain.

We collect information from visitors to our website, including but not limited to the referring URL, the IP address, web browser, the country, state or province where our website was accessed and search terms entered on our website. FOUR WINE SHIPMENTS PER YEAR
Deliveries are made four times a year in February, May, September and November with a special wine club discount of 30%. Shipping and sales tax applicable to your state's taxation policy will apply. We recommend delivery to a place of business.

THE FINE PRINT FOR 1879 SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP
I represent that I am age 21 or older. I authorize Markham Vineyards (MV) to charge the credit card I have provided for member wines, shipping and taxes as applicable to my state’s policy and regulations. I understand that all shipping charges are at my expense; these include charges for any reshipments or re-directs. I recognize that by law, all shipments must be signed for by an adult age 21 or older. I acknowledge that if I elect to pick up my wine, the wine will be held for no more than 30 days. After 30 days, a notifying email will be sent from MV, and my wine will be shipped; any tax and shipping charges will be applied to my account. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify MV of any change in my shipping, will call, or account information prior to each wine shipment and that all changes must be confirmed by MV. I understand that I can cancel at any time, but cancellations must be confirmed by MV and occur five days prior to a shipment date to avoid being charged for that shipment. A restocking fee can be charged for returns and re-directs due to requested information changes.
